Shipping Policy<\/p>\n
Basically, we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion.
\nCarrier shipping times really depend on where you are located and the speed of the
\ncarrier. For smaller packages, we can use air to ship which is quicker. However, for the
\nlarge % of our shipments, we have to ship via ground to ensure quality control and lower<\/p>\n
shipping fees.<\/p>\n
Common delays in shipping can be due to addresses not verifying within the carriers
\ncomputer systems (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL). Rural addresses can also add unexpected<\/p>\n
delays due to their processing times at rural distribution centers.
\nWe do everything we can to ship as fast as possible.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Orders placed by 5:00 pm PST, Monday\u2013Friday, will be processed prepped for<\/p>\n
delivery within 1-3 business days.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & all major USA Holidays will be processed on<\/p>\n
the next business day.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Orders ship out from our central warehouse located in Endicott, NY
\nOnce the shipping carrier picks up your order, you will have access to updates by the<\/p>\n
carrier provided you use the tracking number.<\/p>\n
Once orders ship out, they may arrive within 1-4 business days after the pick-up date at
\nour warehouse. This is typical for 90% of the USA, not including rural areas.
\nSpecial note: Large heavy shipments WILL REQUIRE more time for both processing and
\nshipping. The shipment is typically sent via ground due to weight and pricing restrictions.
\nPlease understand, reasonable shipping delays due to carrier delays are out of our control.<\/p>\n
They are not good reasons for cancellation.
\n*** Shipping in Cold Weather!<\/p>\n
Brrr, is it cold outside? Liquids can freeze or be crystalized in transit when it gets very cold
\nduring winter, especially going cross country from our production warehouse in Endicott
\nNY. We suggest reaching out to us regarding a quicker method of shipping during the cold
\nmonths. We cannot refund for or replace merchandise frozen from being left outside in
\nfreezing temperatures. You will need to plan ahead and allow the time to bring the liquids<\/p>\n
back to room temperature.

Package and Porch Theft occurs in all areas of the world. We cannot be held responsible
\nfor such actions. We provide you with shipping details and tracking numbers (provided by
